SMS Terms and Privacy

These SMS terms apply to text messages from Standard Filings, a trade name used by Standard Business Services LLC. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Standard Filings text messages are transactional and customer-care messages for people who request or buy our filing services. Messages may include intake questions, order status, filing updates, signature or document requests, appointment or support follow-ups, and delivery notices.

This SMS program is not used for third-party lead generation, tax relief, debt relief, credit repair, loans, investment opportunities, political messaging, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gambling, deceptive marketing, or other restricted content.

2. Opt-in

You may opt in by entering your mobile phone number on a Standard Filings online form and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox, by texting an opt-in keyword such as START or JOIN to our Standard Filings toll-free sender, or by giving consent through a support interaction where the SMS disclosure is provided to you.

Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not required to buy services from Standard Filings. If you do not opt in to SMS, we may still contact you by email or other channels needed to complete your order.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your order and support activity. One request may result in one or more text messages. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Help and opt-out

• Reply STOP to cancel text messages from the SMS sender. We will honor opt-out requests.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@standardfilings.com or (904) 516-8443.
• After opting out, you may reply START or UNSTOP where supported to receive messages again.

5. Carrier terms and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, device, coverage, and network availability.

6. SMS privacy

If you opt in to SMS, we may collect your mobile number, consent status, consent source and timestamp, message content, delivery status, and opt-out or help requests. We use this information only to operate the Standard Filings SMS program, complete or support your order, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not sell, rent, or share text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may disclose SMS data to messaging service providers, carriers, aggregators, and infrastructure vendors only as needed to deliver messages, manage STOP and HELP requests, secure the service, support your order, or comply with law.

7. Sample program messages

• Opt-in confirmation: Standard Filings: You are opted in for order/support texts. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP or STOP.
• HELP response: Standard Filings: Help at admin@standardfilings.com or (904) 516-8443. Reply STOP to cancel. Msg & data rates may apply.
• STOP response: Standard Filings: You have opted out and will no longer receive texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
