1. Who we are

standardfilings.com (the "Site") is operated by Standard Business Services LLC("Standard Filings," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company and private document-preparation and filing company. We are not a government agency, law firm, or accountancy firm. See our Disclosures.

2. What you're buying

Our services consist of preparing government applications and filings from the information you provide, submitting them to the relevant agency on your behalf, and delivering the results to you. For EIN orders, you authorize us to act as your third-party designee under IRS Form SS-4. Some orders also include optional self-help document products (for example an operating agreement, banking kit, compliance calendar, or license research report): these are generated mechanically by inserting the information you provide into standard templates and published reference data, are not filed with any agency, and are not reviewed for your specific circumstances. We do not provide legal or tax advice, and using the Site does not create an attorney-client or accountant-client relationship.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information. Filings are prepared from your answers; errors in your answers may delay or invalidate a filing.
• Confirm you are authorized to act for the business or entity named in the order (for EINs, that you are the responsible party or their authorized representative).
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.

4. Fees

Our service fees are displayed before payment and are separate from any government fees, which are itemized and passed through at cost. Government agencies charge nothing for an EIN. Payment is processed at the time of order.

5. Turnaround times

Any turnaround indications are typical performance, not guarantees, actual timing depends on government system availability and the accuracy of the information you provide. Applications that cannot use the IRS online system (for example, where the responsible party has no SSN or ITIN) follow the government's slower processing channels, as disclosed before you pay.

6. Refunds and guarantee

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee, which are incorporated into these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays and decisions of government agencies.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Text messaging

If you choose to receive text messages from Standard Filings, the SMS program is governed by our SMS Terms and Privacy. SMS consent is optional and is not required to buy services. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order governs that order. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
